We enjoyed our stay at this venue for a couple of lovely days.

we had a great stay in southend-on-sea very close to train station, the centre, and pubs. the beds were extremely comfy.

In general, it’s relaxing base for staying in Southend-on-Sea. The host, Amber, makes you feel at home. Has comfy bed, slept well. It opens out onto garden. The location is excellent and peaceful near to a good location-shops, sea front, train station and town centre, a bus stop, and Easy to find. We would like to stay longer, had nothing to complain about.

We stayed at this place for 11 nights, and everything was fantastic, they even had smoke detectors which made us feel safe.

Our stay was made excellent by the lovely host and the incredible rooms, everything was simply perfect.

The rooms here are clean and lovely, and the host is welcoming and friendly; the location is fantastic, right next to a bus stop and with a beautiful garden view from the terrace.

Charming Garden Breakfast 🌳

We had a lovely time during our two-night stay here. The garden, where they served breakfast, was absolutely delightful.

I absolutely loved my stay at this fabulous flat in Southend-on-Sea. The house itself is stunning, with plenty of space and all the necessary amenities. The garden was a perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying a drink while listening to the birds. The hosts, Amber and Phil, were exceptional and provided great tips on places to visit and eat in the area. The location was also convenient, with easy access to attractions like Southend Pier and Leigh on Sea. I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this place.

The location is fabulous, being near the station. The flat is fully equipped with an electric kettle, refrigerator, and oven.- The rooms are clean, incredible, and the beds are very comfy.- I would definitely love to return here, loved it very much.

This lovely flat is conveniently located right next to a bus stop, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. there are plenty of shops nearby for any necessities or goodies you may need during your stay. the bedroom is cozy and the bed is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the bathroom is clean and features a luxurious rainfall shower. the hosts, Amber and Phil, are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.

Some light sleepers may find that noise from nearby roads can occasionally disturb their sleep.

The location of this place was absolutely stunning and peaceful, with its close proximity to the sea front, town centre, shops, and train station. One of the highlights was definitely the walk-in shower, and it was impressive to have a host who was always available.
